Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer from the platform Skillaria.Top (hereinafter "Platform") and defines the terms of access to educational content under a subscription model. Activating a subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this offer.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Platform grants the User personal access to the course library, including video lectures, notes, practical tasks, AI interviews, and the AI tutor, as well as the platform community — for the duration of the active paid subscription.

A single subscription gives access to all published courses on the Platform, including new courses added during the subscription period, at no extra charge.

3. Pricing and Payment

Current plans and prices are listed on the subscription page. Payment is made as a one-time charge for the selected period through a payment processor. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — access is suspended at the end of the paid period until the next payment.

4. Access and Expiry

Access to the Platform's materials is active throughout the paid subscription period. Upon expiry, access to courses, AI features, and the community is suspended. Learning progress, interview results, and earned certificates remain in the User's account indefinitely, regardless of subscription status.

Learning pace. The Platform limits course progression to one lecture per day. This limit is intentional: each lecture is accompanied by a practical assignment and an AI interview, which require adequate time to complete properly. This approach is part of the Platform's methodology and does not constitute grounds for complaints or refund requests.

5. Refund Policy

The User may request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment, provided that no more than 3 lectures in total have been watched across all courses during that subscription period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. To request a refund, email: info@skillaria.top.

After 14 days or after watching more than 3 lectures, refunds are not available.

6. Individual Access

The subscription is granted exclusively to the User who purchased it and is tied to their account. The following is prohibited:

• Sharing your account, login, or password with third parties;
• Using materials together with other people (screen sharing, streaming, etc.);
• Copying, recording, reproducing, or distributing video materials, notes, or other educational content — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
• Publishing course content publicly (social networks, torrents, cloud storage, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials (videos, texts, images, code, assignments) are the intellectual property of the Platform and are protected by applicable copyright law. A subscription grants the right of personal non-commercial use of materials during its active period but does not transfer copyright to the User.

8. Liability for Violation of Terms

Violation of clauses 6 and 7 will result in immediate termination of access without a refund, and may also result in civil and criminal liability in accordance with applicable law.

9. Nature of Educational Materials and Limitation of Liability

Course materials are educational and informational in nature. The Platform is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on knowledge acquired, nor for their consequences — financial, professional, or otherwise.

Course content is current as of the publication date. The Platform does not guarantee that skills learned will result in employment or any other particular outcome.

The Platform uses AI tools (AI interview, AI tutor) for educational purposes. AI responses are supplementary and do not constitute professional advice.

10. Personal Data Processing

By registering and activating a subscription, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data (name, email address, payment history, learning progress) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement and improving the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Governing Law

This offer is governed by applicable law. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent court at the Platform's location.
